M	Marinetta Ventura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza dicembre 2016 Ho cambiato le lenti dei miei occhiali presso questo ottico a detta loro comprese di antigraffio, antiriflesso e protezione raggi uv e dove mi è stato fatto un prezzo molto competitivo Dopo un paio di mesi le mie lenti erano già tutte graffiate solo internamente in una parte sembrava ci fossero stati graffi dovuti a granellini di sabbia (ripeto solo internamente) Mi sono recata da loro a marzo probabilmente un po' tardi da quando ho notato i numerosi graffi ma non troppo poiché sono passati solo 3 mesi, mi è stato risposto che la colpa era di come erano stati puliti questi occhiali, perché probabilmente erano impolverati... pulisco accuratamente gli occhiali ogni mattina con sapone e pezzetta (sotto consiglio di un altro ottico che mi ha fatto pagare un paio di lenti il triplo, durati 4 anni! ). Non hanno saputo spiegare il motivo per cui si sono graffiati solo internamente. Rispetto per tutto il personale gentilissimo spero sia un caso isolato.
