Personale gentilissimo, fanno anche la pasta fresca artigianalmente con le varie prelibatezze del territorio. Excellent shop with products at km 0 ..... I highly recommend it. Questo tipo di degustazioni sono solo su prenotazione... Che dire ne vale veramente la pena: prodotti di ottima qualità e Carlo davvero molto gentile, ci ha trattato come se ci conoscessimo da sempre.... Per chi passa in zona è super consigliato..mm My partner and I had the pleasure of participating in a guided tasting made by Carlo the owner ... This type of tastings are by reservation only ... What can I say is it really worth it: excellent quality products and Carlo very much kind, he treated us as if we had always known each other .... Hanno tanti tipi di formaggi, salumi,sott'oli, pancetta, olio, vino e tanto altro ancora. Ottima qualità e il prezzo e più che ragionevole. Bello andarci anche in moto per fare un giro e poi comprare qualcosa per la cena a casa. Consigliatissimo. Ci vado spesso proprio per i prodotti che hanno. They have many types of cheeses, cured meats, pickles, bacon, oil, wine and much more. Excellent quality and the price is more than reasonable. Also nice to go there by motorbike to take a ride and then buy something for dinner at home. Highly recommended. I often go there because of the products they have.

Ottimi i formaggi sia tradizionali che insaporiti da spezie, sia freschi che stagionati. Offre salumi e formaggi (e non solo) di produzione propria con prezzi più che accessibili. Ci sono molti pecorini con svariati abbinamenti di gusto come ad esempio i pistacchi o le pere. Un'idea molto carina è anche quella di creare ciò che loro chiamano "una secchiata di Toscana" ovvero un grande secchio con all'interno tutti i prodotti tipici toscani che si preferisce: te li confezionano loro sottovuoto in modo da poterli regalare o conservare al meglio. Sicuramente ci tornerò per acquistare prodotti per me ma anche per regalarli in occasioni come il Natale. I discovered this place thanks to my brother who in turn found it via Instagram. It offers cured meats and cheeses (and not only) of its own production with more than accessible prices. There are many pecorino cheeses with various flavor combinations such as pistachios or pears. A very nice idea is also to create what they call "a bucket of Tuscany" or a large bucket containing all the typical Tuscan products you prefer: they vacuum-pack them for you so you can give them as a gift or store them in the better. I will definitely be back to buy products for myself but also to give them away on occasions like Christmas.
