★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caseificio con annesso punto vendita. La vendita al dettaglio è, stranamente, al primo piano, c'è comunque un ascensore. Oltre la mozzarella si possono acquistare salumi e formaggi di alta qualità. I prezzi sono adeguati al prodotto. La mozzarella buona.
Dairy with adjoining point of sale. The retail is, oddly enough, on the first floor, however there is an elevator. In addition to mozzarella, you can buy high quality meats and cheeses. Prices are appropriate to the product. The good mozzarella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! We had a tour through the base ticket office and were able to see mozzarella made before us. They then provided a magnifice sample of cheeses. Very nice people!
