Il cliente non ha sempre ragione a suo dire semplicemente perché le chiedevo di non maltrattare la maglia che ho comunque acquistato da persona per bene quale sono. Avrei potuto lasciare la merce e andare via. Lo avrebbe meritato. Sta di fatto che non entrerò mai più in questo punto vendita se dovessi accorgermi che non sono stati presi provvedimenti. Si è presa una confidenza mai vista. Ha dato di matto. Consiglio ai gestori del punto vendita di provvedere. Nel contempo data la gravità dell'episodio scriverò una mail al servizio clienti bershka Italia. Marchio che non merita di essere rappresentato da personaggi dalla simile Scostumata scomposta e non professionale cifra comunicativa. Che orrore.

Sinceramente non possono sapere se io a casa ho qualche infetto o come tratterò il capo, non è meglio non far entrare le persone, spiegando il motivo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per cambiare la taglia di un acquisto online, ho fatto vedere il capo da cambiare alla commessa bionda con gli occhiali, la quale ha insistito più volte che fossero terminate tutte le taglie di quell'articolo, nonostante io più volte le ho ripetuto di aver controllato lo stock in negozio.
Quindi l'articolo secondo il sito era presente in negozio. A questo punto mi ha detto di chiedere ad un altro commesso. Anche lui ha insistito dicendomi che l'articolo fosse terminato senza neanche controllare prima. Quando si è deciso a farlo,ha detto che forse era un errore del sito o che addirittura si sarebbe potuto trattare di un furto non segnalato sul sito. Poi ha detto infine 'altrimenti prova a controllare tra le ultime taglie'. Finale della storia, dopo le mie ripetute insistente e tanacia sono riuscita a trovare l'articolo richiesto.

Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, svolgono il loro lavoro in modo impeccabile e cosa più importante sono gentilissimi e disponibili. C'è una vasta scelta per quanto riguarda i capi, di materiale ottimo con prezzi altrettanto buoni, trovo sempre merchandising di band e manga/anime che seguo. Esperienza più che positiva, lo consiglio a tutti soprattutto ai più giovani!!
Best Bershka I've ever been to, easy to reach and very organized. The staff are very courteous and helpful, they do their job flawlessly and most importantly they are very kind and helpful. There is a wide choice of garments, of excellent material with equally good prices, I always find merchandising of bands and manga / anime that I follow. More than positive experience, I recommend it to everyone especially the younger ones !!
