Se non vogliono farmi il lavoro bastava dirlo. I requested a quote for a pvc door. After several reminders, I still couldn't get it after almost a month. If they don't want to do my job, just say so.

G	Giampaolo Di Biase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buongiorno, esperienza con questa azienda da dimenticare. A gennaio 2021 facciamo l’ordine completo di finestre, zanzariere, serrande e in seguito le porte. Visto che delle finestre a giugno non si vedeva l’ombra montano le tapparelle ma sbagliano il colore. Dopo vari balletti di date le finestre vengono montate in settembre (9 mesi dopo, un parto), ma sbagliano i vetri di due finestre. Nel frattempo vengono a montare le porte ma quella della camera da letto era errata. Le tapparelle (messe a giugno) ancora vengono sostitute, e dopo numerosi solleciti, non proprio amichevoli, le cambiano i primi di ottobre. Sempre in ottobre montano la porta mancante. Nel frattempo devono ancora sostituire i vetri sbagliati. Verranno a fine dicembre ma sbagliano i supporti per cui il lavoro è rimandato. Alla fine la sostituzione dei vetri errati è stata fatta a fine marzo 2022. Spero che quanto illustrato possa essere utile per chi deve valutare se scegliere o meno questa azienda. good morning, experience with this company to forget. In January 2021 we make the complete order of windows, mosquito nets, shutters and then the doors. Since you couldn't see the shadow of the windows in June, the shutters are fitted but the color is wrong. After several ballets of dates the windows are installed in September (9 months later, a birth), but the panes of two windows are wrong. In the meantime they come to fit the doors but the bedroom door was wrong. The shutters (put in June) are still replaced, and after numerous reminders, not exactly friendly, they change them in early October. Also in October they mount the missing door. In the meantime, they still have to replace the wrong glass. They will come at the end of December but the supports are wrong for which the work is postponed. In the end, the replacement of the wrong glass was made at the end of March 2022. I hope that what has been illustrated will be useful for those who have to evaluate whether or not to choose this company.

Personale assente non presente nel negozio, quando mi sono presentato in negozio per fare un acquisto.....nonostante c'era una per persona che mi aveva visto non si è preoccupato di proporsi ad aiutarmi.....sono stato 10 minuti nel salone e mi sono fermato difronte all'ufficio ove vi era questa persona ma niente.......sono andato via e si sono persi un cliente. Very large shop on two levels for display, excellent materials, excellent fixtures. Absent staff not present in the shop, when I went to the shop to make a purchase ..... although there was one person who had seen me did not bother to offer to help me ..... I was 10 minutes in the hall and I stopped in front of the office where there was this person but nothing ....... I went away and a customer was lost.
