★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio di assistenza con l'ultimo operatore (Omar) che è stato molto eccellente nel suo lavoro di professionista a differenza dei tecnici che si sono succeduti nei quattro anni precedenti che a differenza di Omar hanno tralasciato alcuni degli interventi di controllo della manutenzione.
Per il prossimo anno chiederò espressamente l'intervento di questo ultimo tecnico.

Sono ormai più di trenta anni che mi faccio assistere da questa ditta che in ogni mia necessità mi ha sempre soddisfatto. Omar il tecnico che oggi mi hanno mandato è stato molto professionale e scrupoloso , sono stata molto contenta e per la prossima volta quando verrò contattata per la pulizia annua della caldaia chiederò assolutamente di lui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per ora metto 4 stelle perché ritengo che l'offerta che mi è stata fatta(e che ho sottoscritto) per un contratto di manutenzione della caldaia a lungo termine sia ottimo. La quinta stella deve essere meritata mantenendo fede a tutto quanto previsto dal contratto di cui sopra per cui mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione in futuro.
For now I put 4 stars because I believe that the offer that was made to me (and that I signed) for a long-term boiler maintenance contract is excellent. The fifth star must be deserved while maintaining all the provisions of the above contract so I reserve the right to update the review in the future.
