β β β β β Un buon fornaio con pasta fresca, ottima la crescenta, buona la biscotteria e le sfrappole e soprattutto uno dei pochi pane pasta che alle 1930 Γ¨ ancora aperto e vi evita di mangiare lo schifo di pane dei supermercati.

β β β β β Ogni giorno vedi la proprietaria insieme ad una sfoglina alla spianatoia a tirare la sfoglia, per poi mettere tanto ben di Dio in vetrina: tortellini, tortelloni, passatelli, stricchetti...ma anche dolci e biscotti della tradizione.
Il pane sempre fresco e anche il ritardatario trova sempre qualcosina anche poco prima della chiusura serale.
Ho preso le sfrappole e sono delle GIGA-SFRAPPOLE: grandissime, buonissime e non unte.
Bottega tradizionale dove vale la pena farci un salto.
