Dopo aver aspettato una settimana (prenotando l’appuntamento), una volta arrivati, abbiamo atteso un’ora di orologio prima di farci ricevere dalla persona con cui avevamo preso l’appuntamento. Finalmente riesce a riceverci, ma nostro malgrado riscontriamo che la stessa persona anziché dedicarsi completamente al cliente consigliandolo - come si dovrebbe o ci si aspetterebbe in questi casi a seguito di appuntamento - sembra presa e distratta da tutt’altro, usando continuamente il cellulare e allontanandosi ad ogni occasione utile con altri clienti, non prestando la ben che minima attenzione/interesse verso di noi. Ma vi è di più, il sottoscritto si è trovato persino costretto a spostare le campionature da una stanza all’altra e prendere (su espressa indicazione dell’impiegata), autonomamente, le misure dei relativi mobili di eventuale interesse , pur di concludere la qualcosa in quella mattina che ha comportato rinunce a personali impegni lavorativi. Alla fine siamo riusciti a soddisfare ALTROVE le nostre esigenze nel rispetto delle maturate aspettative. Our (bad) experience.
