They come across as friendly and helpful to get your money but any problems and customer service is non existent. (I will speak to my boss and hide behind a phone attitude). Would suggest you look at other charter companies - many further along towards the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, provided no ropes with boat to moor. Had to travel back 30’mins to collect ropes. They refused to believe it was their fault? Half our party were left stranded in sermione whilst my husband drives back and tried to negotiate time wasted and reduction. We ended up paying 130euros for 1hr on the boat when we were meant to have it for 4 hours. Absolute cowboys DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was left with 3 children in a town I had never bn to before to find my own way home as the boat company refused to accept blame and my husband had to leave the boat there.
