Bad experience, ruined holiday and birthday present because they marked a wrong date. I am still waiting for an answer. I will certainly not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kommunikation ist das schlechteste was ich erlebt habe. Zuerst habe ich die hinterlegte Telefonnummer drei mal angerufen, niemand rangegangen. An nächsten Tag ging jmd dran der meinte jmd ruft mich zurück nichts passiert. Dann bin ich persönlich hingefahren und ich würde auf eine WhatsApp Nummer verwiesen, dieser habe ich dann geschrieben. War aber anscheinend die falsche, derjenige hat mir einen anderen Kontakt gegeben den ich anrufen sollte. Der neue Kontakt meinte alles gut ich ruf dich zurück. Nichts passiert, dann bin ich zum zweiten Mal hingefahren wo mir eine andere Nummer gegeben wurde, mit dem man endlich normal reden konnte. Dann war unser Urlaub auch schon vorbei
Communication is the worst thing I've experienced. First I called the stored phone number three times, nobody answered. The next day someone answered and said someone calls me back nothing happens. Then I went there personally and I was referred to a WhatsApp number, which I then wrote. But it was apparently the wrong one, they gave me another contact that I should call. The new contact meant everything well, I'll call you back. Nothing happens, then I went for the second time where I was given a different number that I could finally talk to normally. Then our vacation was already over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz 2x bestätiger Terminabsprache keiner am Boot, Angelschein, Parktickets und so weiter umsonst geholt.
Nachrichten die man schreibt werden gelesen, jedoch nicht beantwortet, Anrufe Ignoriert, aus einem Highlight ist purer Frust geworden, kann echt nichts gutes drüber schreiben.... ?????
Despite 2x confirmed appointments, nobody on the boat, fishing license, parking tickets and so on got for free.
Messages that you write are read but not answered, calls ignored, a highlight has turned into pure frustration, really can't write anything good about it .... ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach der guten Erfahrung im letzten Jahr dieses Jahr wieder gebucht und total reingefallen.
Wir haben unsere Reservierung wegen Schlecht-Wetter von Donnerstag auf Freitag verschoben, das war ok. Dann am Freitag vor Ort hieß es, es wäre wegen schlecht Wetter geschlossen. Und das bei strahlendem Sonnenschein. Ein Versuch, den Chef daraufhin zu erreichen, scheiterte auch. Weder per WhatsApp noch telefonisch eine Reaktion Auf unsere Versuche.
Frust pur, vor allem bei unserem Sohn. Haben danach auch keinen mehr an dem Stand gesehen…Nicht empfehlenswert.
Wir haben dann 500m weiter im Hafen ein Boot gemietet.
After the good experience last year, booked again this year and totally fell for it.
We moved our reservation from Thursday to Friday due to bad weather, that was ok. Then on Friday on site it was said that it was closed due to bad weather. And that in bright sunshine. An attempt to contact the boss then also failed. Neither via WhatsApp nor by phone a response to our attempts.
Pure frustration, especially with our son. We didn't see anyone at the booth after that either ... Not recommended.
We then rented a boat 500m further on in the harbor.

Apron. And everything was great on site. Anyone who wants to go boating on Lake Garda is well served there
