L'esterno del locale non è in uso (data la stagione invernale) ma entrando veniamo subito accolti da una delle ragazze (che sono tutte molto carine e gentili) che ci accompagna al tavolo da cui la vista esterna è molto panoramica. Ci portano il menu e tolgono qualche dubbio sulle pietanze. Proviamo quasi tutti i piatti (essendo in 4 ed ordinando cose diverse) e troviamo tutto veramente ben cucinato ed abbondante. Nota di elogio per le pappardelle al cinghiale veramente eccezionali e delicate. Eccellente anche la zuppa inglese. Consigliato, sicuramente ci rivedremo. On the advice of a local friend we come for lunch on Sunday. The outside of the restaurant is not in use (given the winter season) but upon entering we are immediately greeted by one of the girls (who are all very nice and kind) who accompanies us to the table from which the outside view is very panoramic. They bring us the menu and remove any doubts about the dishes. We try almost all the dishes (being 4 and ordering different things) and we find everything really well cooked and plentiful. Note of praise for the truly exceptional and delicate pappardelle with wild boar. The trifle is also excellent. Recommended, we will definitely meet again.

Ottima la cena, il servizio, la simpatia, la compagnia e la cortesia dei proprietari...veramente piacevole. Raro di questi tempi con tutte le difficoltà provocate dalla pandemia in corso, norme anticovid, fra l'altro rispettare in tutto e per tutto, siamo stati in totale sicurezza. I fuochi d'artificio a mezzanotte sopra Subiaco hanno reso il tutto ancora più magico. Stanze pulite, calde, spaziose e con tutti i comfort. Panorama incantevole a darci il buongiorno...Un piccolo angolo di paradiso a due passi da Roma. Sono stati 3 giorni veramente piacevoli. Grazie di cuore With the growth of covid infections between Christmas and New Year we found ourselves having the entire structure to ourselves, the perfectly set up room, where you could breathe the Christmas atmosphere, like a fairy tale. Excellent dinner, service, friendliness, company and courtesy of the owners ... really nice. Rare these days with all the difficulties caused by the pandemic in progress, anticovid rules, among other things to respect in all respects, we were in total safety. The fireworks at midnight above Subiaco made it even more magical. Clean, warm, spacious and with all comforts. Enchanting panorama to say good morning ... A small corner of paradise a stone's throw from Rome. It was a really enjoyable 3 days. Thank you with all my heart

Wi-Fi in restaurant area but none in rooms. TV. Good food. Free breakfast with stay. Relatively close to Monastero di San Benedetto and Sta Scolastica.
P	Pl Villalobos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Subiaco end of October 2019 with my cousins and stayed at Belvedere. We were assigned rooms up the hill which had spectacular sights. The owner Fabrizio came with his cart and brought our luggages to our room. The rooms were clean and good size. In between the rooms was a lounge area with sofa & table so we could socialize & eat. Fabrizio offered to bring our breakfast up in the morning but we chose to eat in the main dining room which was full of history. The food was spectacular and so much and making that decision allowed us to have great discussions every morning with Fabrizio. If we needed something made to meet our diets Fabrizio accommodated us. We were only in Subiaco for 3 days and disappointed because we should had scheduled ourselves for at least five or more. We didn’t want to leave. There was so much to see and do. The people were friendly, the restaurants were appetizing and the sites were breathtaking. We will return to Subiaco again and we will stay at Belvedere too! It's amazing, an authentic jewel of the late nineteenth century surrounded by nature and spectacular views. After some beautiful stairs, there's a fantastic place with original decoration of the early twentieth century, modernist style, which, added to a careful treatment, gives a special charm to everything. The attention to detail does not stop only in the place, but also in the food quality and the friendly treatment of the staff. The food is up to the place; an amazing homemade product like I've never tried before. The food was taken care of and indulged to the last detail, everything on it was delicious and had an insuperable quality. A hidden and unknown place to eat and have a luxurious time that is worth visiting if you go to Italy. In addition, you can complete the tour by visiting the Sacro Speco Monastery before or after the restaurant. It is also a place out of this world. It is a day to never forget.
