Ugly furnishings, neon in the psychedelic bathroom, this unknown friendliness and bad value for money ... in the area at the same price you can find much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima struttura proprio di fronte le Quattro Colonne, proprio sul lungomare. Camere bellissime, personale preparato e disponibile. Ottimo per chi cerca la comodità di essere proprio a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro della vita sociale. Assolutamente consigliato
Beautiful facility right in front of the Four Columns, right on the waterfront. Beautiful rooms, trained and helpful staff. Great for those seeking the convenience of being just 2 steps from the sea and the center of social life. Absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione...camere ampie .. eccellente la pulizia... disponibilità di far il bucato ed asciugarlo all aperto..forniscono anche detersivo colazione con pasticciotti sublimi..gentilissimo il proprietario..possibilità di parcheggio li sotto casa... tutto perfetto
Excellent location ... large rooms .. excellent cleaning ... availability to do the laundry and dry it outdoors .. they also provide breakfast detergent with sublime pasticciotti .. the owner very kind..possibility to park them under the house ... everything perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, nuova e abbastanza curata. In posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro ma in una zona dove si parcheggia senza problemi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'unica pecca potrebbe essere la colazione che rispetto a altre provate ha meno possibilità di scelta (2 tipi di corretti, un dolcino, yogurt, succo di frutta e una macchinetta per caffé e latte) ma per quanto mi riguarda va benissimo. Decisamente consigliato.
Excellent structure, new and fairly well maintained. In perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the center but in an area where you can park without problems. The owner is very kind and always available. The only flaw could be the breakfast that compared to other tried has less choice (2 types of correct, a dolcino, yogurt, juice and a coffee machine and milk) but for me it is fine. Definitely recommended.

Se avete bisogno di transfert dall'aeroporto chiedete al proprietario il recapito del signor Daniele. Fidatissimo e gentilissimo. La nostra vacanza a settembre è stata perfetta
The owner was very kind and helpful. Water, yoghurt juices and coffee are always available. Beautiful structure and panorama. A few steps from the center of Santa Maria. If you need a transfer from the airport, ask the owner for Mr. Daniele's contact details. Very trustworthy and very kind. Our September vacation was perfect
