Je déconseille fortement de passer par cette agence qui nous a arnaqué. Leur chauffeur, supposé nous prendre à un endroit précis ne s’est pas arrêté et prétend avoir essayé de nous téléphoner (ce qui est faux car pour prouver que mon téléphone ne marchait pas ils m’ont appelé devant moi et… surprise il marchait très bien). Nous n’avons été remboursés que du montant de l’excursion alors que nous avons souscrit à un guide avec eux, nous avons donc perdu la journée et 26€ chacun. Peu importe si ils devaient payer le guide de leur côté, nous n’avons pas pu y aller à cause de l’agence, c’est donc à eux d’en assumer les couts. C’est du vol pur et simple et une démarche commerciale honteuse. N’y allez pas.

Puntualità, serietà e gentilezza Un ringraziamento particolare ad Angelo, bravissimo autista per la sua guida così pulita da non farci sentire tutti quei tornanti per arrivare sull'etna e a Maria Rita e Maria per averci calorosamente accolti nel loro ufficio illustrandoci tutti i servizi e le escursioni che offrono. We booked the Etna and Alcantara trip with them, and although the places are very nice and really worth visiting the tour itself was less than what was promised to us. When we went to their office to discuss and potentially book the trip they promised once about 40 minutes and once 20 minutes walk on Etna, but in reality we only had 10-10 minutes walk and some time to take pictures. We were told we would visit a previous lava cave, but according to the tour guide, there aren't any on that way, and we were also promised we would stop at a previous lava flow, but that didn't happen either, we only stopped at two craters on the way down from the top. Then for Alcantara the guy in the office said that if we bought the entrance ticket with them on the bus (for 8 Euro) we would be able to visit the whole park, including the Botanical garden as well. In the park however we were told that our ticket is only good for the elevator to go down to the river and walk around there. (For that there is apparently another option in the park, without the elevator that costs only 1,5 Euro, but of course, noone at the tour office mentioned this). Another issue was that the bus that was taking us was open sided, which sounds nice at first, but was very impractical for this trip. As we were nearing Etna it was getting very cold and as the driver was not going slowly it was very windy as well. We prepared for the Etna with jackets, but even when we put everything on we were still cold on the bus. At the end of the trip we all had headaches from the wind. After the tour we went back to the office to discuss these issues, but the girl in there didn't really care, only kept saying that she didn't know anything, and couldn't reach anyone else for hours. If you have other options to book this tour I would suggest going with another tour office, one that delivers what they promise and if there's less on their agenda then ask for a reduced price.
