★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signage to find the place is horrible. It should be more clear especially after a two hour drive to reach the place. On the other hand the animals are in a natural habitat and well treated. There should be better platfroms to take pictures of the animals. We didn't manage to see the bears even though they re widely advertised. So better visibility of the bear area is suggested too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit if you're passing. Not the best zoo but animals are in their natural habitat. There seems to be some good rescue work going on and the animals look healthy. Visit early morning or as we did late afternoon for best chance to see bears when park is quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If wanna try, better come when there's no people. Usually there are lot of loud kids and shouting tourists. So the most sensitive animals hide away (almost all). Wolves and linx are usually present.
Some 100mt from gate there are few free parkings, otherwise 600mt, in town, there's a toll parking.
My second visit here and the animals seen are always the same. As few reccomend, better come early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we visited there weren't many visitors. Despite this, the parking spots were all occupied (a dozen, more or less), and the loudness was like being on a beach on a Sunday afternoon.
Animals seem to be in a good state; they are confined in pretty small areas.
Service is good.
