Il lato positivo è che la copia della chiave mi è stata fatta subito dopo che mi è stata rivolta l'attenzione e la spesa è poca. Telefonicamente mi sono accordato con la Signora chiedendo di risolvermi il problema al più presto perché avevo dei tempi da rispettare e mi trovavo a 25 km di distanza. Appena arrivato mi hanno gentilmente fatto le nuove chiavi e con grande piacere ho riscontrato il perfetto funzionamento. Personale gentile e professionale, consiglio vivamente I went to the shop today, 4/09/2021 to have a key duplicated that as many as 2 had mistakenly and even ruined the original key. Mi reco presso il loro negozio per rifare una chiave e mi viene comunicato un prezzo che accetto e mi dicono di tornare dopo 1 ora perché purtroppo non era presente chi si occupava della cosa. Non ho tempo e me ne vado. Torno dopo qualche giorno e mi comunicano un prezzo maggiorato e mi dicono che devo lasciare la chiave e tornare dopo 1 ora(la prima volta non mi era stato comunicato). Lascio il numero di telefono e vado a fare la spesa ma dopo 10 min mi chiamano e mi dicono che non sapevano che il macchinario fosse rotto e di riprendermi pure la chiave. Torni in negozio e dal retro mi urlano “ La chiave é lì sul bancone” senza nemmeno scusarsi. Professionalism and courtesy not received. I go to their shop to redo a key and I am told a price that I accept and they tell me to come back after 1 hour because unfortunately there was no one who took care of the thing. I don't have time and I'm leaving. I come back after a few days and they tell me a higher price and they tell me that I have to leave the key and come back after 1 hour (the first time I was not told). I leave the phone number and go to the grocery store but after 10 minutes they call me and tell me that they did not know that the machine was broken and to take the key back as well. You go back to the shop and from the back they yell at me "The key is there on the counter" without even apologizing.
