Ritardi nella consegna e avvenuta in due date diverse .
i tavoli quasi tutti laccati male e parziale già danneggiati,telefonate,varie email di lamentele quasi tutte senza risposta ed inviate foto degli articoli danneggiati.Dopo quasi due mesi nulla oca serietà.
Ora inizio pratica legale
 We bought 40 chairs and 10 tables for a bar
Delays in delivery and occurred on two different dates.
the tables almost all badly lacquered and partially already damaged, phone calls, various e-mails of complaints almost all unanswered and photos of the damaged items sent. After almost two months, nothing serious.

Ho contattato l'ufficio clienti e nel giro di pochi giorni è stato tutto risolto. Le sedie sono eleganti e sembrano resistenti. Consiglio senz'altro sia il prodotto che la ditta.
I bought the Lucienne chairs with ivory cushions. Unfortunately, the cushions I requested had not arrived but they were of a different color and there were fewer chairs. I contacted the customer office and within a few days everything was resolved. The chairs are elegant and look sturdy. I definitely recommend both the product and the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 6 Lucienne chairs which were of good quality and stack well. They were an excellent replacement for my too high transparent Kartell ones. They were well packaged and although despatch and delivery to the UK was far slower than expected, they were worth the wait. (It was August, so perhaps the European holidays had impacted). Be aware there are taxes to pay on top of delivery which does increase the price somewhat, but overall they're still super value and look like they will last well.
