However, 5 minutes after booking we unfortunately had to reduce the number of passengers from 15 to 10. The person providing the service refused to provide any smaller transportation and threatened me that he 'will come and find me' to collect the fee from the departure venue if I dare to cancel it. The price was also not adequate.
I strongly recommend NOT to use this service.

Really good communication with Nikola who replied everything in timely manner with clear information. They provided the car seat for the baby and they were punctual. Highly recommended
