Stile napoletano, classico cornicione a ruota di carro. Oltre alla pizza (io ho preso una deliziosa "spiaggia dei pescatori") abbiamo ordinato e gustato un'ottima fruttura, ben asciutta, con frittatine di pasta, crocchè e frittelle napoletane. Oltre ho ordinato una porzione di parmigiana di melanzane, cotta alla perfezione e che mi ha ricordato i sapori di casa, di un po' di tempo fa. Ottimo il servizio, veloce e ordinato. Ci torneremo. New management, new menu and place put back in order. March 2022. Excellent pizzas, digestible dough. Neapolitan style, classic wagon wheel cornice. In addition to the pizza (I took a delicious "fishermen's beach") we ordered and tasted an excellent, well-dried, frittatine, with pasta omelettes, crocchè and Neapolitan pancakes. Besides I ordered a portion of eggplant parmigiana, cooked to perfection and which reminded me of the flavors of home, of some time ago. Excellent service, fast and tidy. We will be back.

Finalmente anche nella nostra città si poteva mangiare un ottima pizza a sedere e non i soliti cracker stantii del 95% delle pizzerie in città. Fritti abbondanti e buoni. Dolci super Ora è chiusa, da ormai più di un anno, il covid molto probabilmente ha influito per la maggiore, dato che lavorava molto prima dei vari lockdown. Ora dice che stanno riaprendo e spero sia vero. It was the best pizzeria in castle town. Finally, even in our city you could eat an excellent pizza per seat and not the usual stale crackers of 95% of the pizzerias in the city. Deep fried and good. Il ristorante, situato vicino al centro di Città di Castello, è accogliente e ben arredato; personale gentile e cordiale; servizio leggermente lento (ma era sabato sera) ma prodotti di ottima qualità! 1 porzione di patatine fritte, 1 Margherita con bufala a fine cottura, 1 bufala con pomodorini e grana, 2 bottiglie d'acqua e 1 cheesecake al pistacchio. Impasto buono, leggero e digeribile, il dolce delizioso! Abbiamo speso circa 30€ e ottenuto uno sconto grazie alla prenotazione con the fork. Lo consiglio vivamente! The restaurant has reopened with a new management and I must say that the experience of last night at dinner, two years after the previous closure, was satisfactory. The restaurant, located near the center of Città di Castello, is welcoming and well furnished; polite and friendly staff; slightly slow service (but it was Saturday night) but very good quality products! 1 portion of fries, 1 Margherita with buffalo mozzarella when cooked, 1 buffalo with cherry tomatoes and parmesan, 2 bottles of water and 1 pistachio cheesecake. Good, light and digestible dough, the delicious dessert! We spent about € 30 and got a discount thanks to the booking with the fork. I highly recommend it!
