★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good but Service is awful. We had to wait 20 minutes for the first approach (and we were only 12 People in the restaurant). Then the service completely disappeared (2 waiters). We tried to order a bottle of sparkling water 6 times before we got one. We got a bottle without classes. So another try to get the classes. Next step - having lunch. Me and friends of ours ordered food for lunch. We did first they 15 minutes later. They got the food within 15 minutes and we asked twice but didn’t got anything. I asked the boss after 1 hour. He said the kitchen was closed. I was complaining and we received our food. Food was good but service sucks completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, it took the staff about 20 minutes to even notice we were sitting at a table. We ordered some drinks, which again, took them about 20 minutes. It wasn't even crowded. Afterwards we both ordered one of the restaurant's specials: Spare ribs. In fact, we ordered pure fat instead of spare ribs. I cannot believe this place calls itself a Steak House. Unbelievable.
