Excellent location near the center and near the arrival of the ferries. The rooms and bathrooms are very large and clean. Also excellent for breakfasts.

Excellent b & b, in the center of Messina. It offers a spectacular breakfast, the building is very nice and a system of codes makes you totally independent. Courteous and never intrusive staff. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Struttura è ottima, pulita ed elegante, il personale gentile e cortese, posizione perfetta per qualunque tipo di spostamento in città o anche solo per una passeggiata nel centro storico. Unico neo, del tutto esterno alla struttura, è che sotto le stanze c'è un locale che in alcuni giorni della settimana fa musica a tutto volume fino alle 3 del mattino causando ovviamente l'impossibilità a riposare. La sera prima nello stesso locale non c'erano eventi e tutto è filato liscio. Peccato per la notte prima della nostra partenza, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio.
The structure is excellent, clean and elegant, the staff polite and courteous, the perfect location for any type of move in the city or even just for a walk in the historic center. The only drawback, completely external to the structure, is that under the rooms there is a room that on some days of the week plays loud music until 3 am obviously causing it to be impossible to rest. The night before in the same venue there were no events and everything went smoothly. Too bad for the night before our departure, we couldn't sleep.
