★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed two days at the BnB La Favorita. It was a pleasure to meet the owner who is really dedicated to his job. The room where I slept had a shared toilet, but it did not bother me because the toilet is constantly cleaned. Additionally, the BnB is in a quiet residential area close to the futebol stadium. It is also very well located one bus ride away from the center of Palermo, and also Mondello, the beautiful beach area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Favorita is large 3/4 bedroom B&B in a well maintained apartment building about 10-15 minutes bus ride or 25-30 minutes walk to the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well equipped with a funky decor. We stayed in a large double bedroom with en-suite and its own balcony and a shared kitchen. Our host, Michele, was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips and advice on places to go both locally and in the centre of Palermo. He also makes an awesome espresso out of some espresso making contraption which I highly recommend. Getting to and from the airport was easy with a bus or shared taxi to the central train station in Palermo and then a 15 minute bus ride to the B&B or taxi if you prefer. There are lots of great little shops and markets nearby as well as inexpensive places to eat. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are really well equipped, cozy and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the owner is a great person! Even thought the B&B is not in the city center there is a high frequency bus that connect you with the center very easily, also during the whole night with the nightbus. I totally recommend to stay in this b&b.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed two nights in Michele's place. I found it perfect. It is not in center but very well connected with bus 101 from central station or from the center. It's very peaceful in a non touristic area if you are looking for some relaxed time.
Room was big with a double bed and a very clean spacious bathroom. I would definitely recommend it to the future guests.
