Ho visitato il negozio in maggio alla ricerca di un duo. Trovato il modello che mi interessava ne ho prenotato uno versando una caparre del 30% con consegna confermata per la prima settimana di luglio. Mi presento a ritirare il passeggino qualche giorno dopo la data stabilita e mi viene detto che la consegna era prevista per metà agosto nonostante la conferma d'ordine riportasse la prima settimana di luglio. Ovviamente questa consegna mi avrebbe causato notevoli disagi avendo il termine del parto di li a poco.
Dopo aver più volte discusso con negoziante visto che ha spostato la data di consegna tre volte ritiro il passeggino la prima settimana di agosto. Nonostante il ritardo non sono mai stato contattato dal negozio ma ho sempre dovuto interessarmi io di avere notizie.
Il disservizio offerto è stato completato con scarsa gentilezza, presunte menzogne e presunzione di essere dalla parte della ragione.

I visited the shop in May looking for a duo. Found the model that interested me, I booked one by paying a deposit of 30% with delivery confirmed for the first week of July. I introduce myself to pick up the stroller a few days after the established date and I am told that delivery was scheduled for mid-August despite the order confirmation reported the first week of July. Obviously, this delivery would have caused me considerable inconvenience, having the delivery deadline shortly thereafter.
After several discussions with the shopkeeper since he has moved the delivery date three times, I collect the stroller the first week of August. Despite the delay, I was never contacted by the shop, but I always had to be interested in having news.
The disservice offered was completed with little kindness, alleged lies and presumption of being on the side of reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andata il 9 luglio con mia figlia che fa doveva acquistare un seggiolino auto. Personale gentile ci hanno dato tutte le informazionie fatto provare vari modelli e hanno confermato la scelta che lei aveva già fatto dopo essersi informata su ribiste r internet.Prendiamo il seggiolino già disponibile in negozio(fascia alta)Ordina un copriseggiolino versa una caparra del 30 %ma il copriseggiolino una volta arrivato era di un altro modello.Morale della favola lo abbiamo ritirato oggi dopo varie scuse su tessuto finito ,feste in Spagna che impedivano la spedizione ecc...Si sono a malapena scusati sembrava che avessero ragione loro.

I went there on July 9th with my daughter who was supposed to buy a car seat. Friendly staff gave us all the information and let us try various models and confirmed the choice she had already made after inquiring about ribiste r internet.We take the seat already available in the shop (high end) Order a seat cover pay a deposit of 30% but the seat cover once arrived was of another model.Moral of the fable we withdrew it today after several apologies about finished fabric, parties in Spain that prevented shipping etc ... They barely apologized it seemed they were right.

Il personale è gentilissimo, molto disponibile e veramente preparato e informato sugli articoli. Sanno consigliarti con professionalità e cordialità su qualsiasi cosa, dal seggiolino auto, al caschetto per la bici agli articoli per la pappa ecc. Vasto assortimento di prodotti per la prima infanzia: culle e lettini e relativi corredi, giochi, passeggini, carrozzine e tutto il necessario per la pappa e l'allattamento, seggiolini bici e relativi accessori. Anche su ordinazione da catalogo. Cavallo di battaglia a mio parere sono i prodotti di qualità di fascia medio-alta / alta che non si trovano nei comuni negozi per bimbi.
Great baby store - We've been to this store several times to get various items for our daughter. The staff is very kind, very helpful and really prepared and informed on the articles. They know how to advise you with professionalism and cordiality on everything from the car seat, to the helmet for the bike to the food items etc. Wide assortment of products for early childhood: cots and beds and related kits, games, strollers, prams and everything you need for baby food and breastfeeding, bike seats and related accessories. Also on order from catalog. The workhorse in my opinion are the medium-high / high-end quality products that are not found in common stores for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso solo parlar bene di questo negozio, la professionalità è fondamentale quando si vendono prodotti per bambini, nei negozi catena ci si trova a parlare con commessi che hanno imparato a memoria il discorso e venderti un passeggino o un pannolino è uguale.
Ho letto recensioni sulla scortesia del titolare, fatico a crederci, non trovo corretto scrivere certe cose quando è possibile risolvere personalmente i problemi, nostro figlio è nato a Luglio e il passeggino lo abbiamo preso 3 mesi prima proprio x evitare problemi legati alle ferie estive o ritardi vari, a volte basta sapersi organizzare e non scaricare su altri anche colpe proprie.
I can only speak well of this shop, professionalism is fundamental when selling products for children, in chain stores you find yourself talking to shop assistants who have memorized the speech and selling you a stroller or diaper is the same.
I have read reviews on the owner's discourtesy, I find it hard to believe, I do not find it correct to write certain things when it is possible to personally solve the problems, our son was born in July and we took the stroller 3 months earlier just to avoid problems related to summer holidays or various delays, sometimes it is enough to know how to organize oneself and not to download one's own faults onto others.
