Francesco coordina la clientela con gentilezza e professionalità, super disponibile anche in caso di prenotazioni last-minute. Giovanna molto brava e accurata nel trattamento semipermanente, ha dato una bellissima forma alle mie unghie. Valori aggiunti: tantissimi colori di smalti fra cui scegliere e una card a punti per ottenere sconti e prodotti.
Cozy and clean lounge, equipped with disinfectant gel for Covid at the entrance. Francesco coordinates the clientele with kindness and professionalism, super helpful even in case of last-minute bookings. Giovanna very good and accurate in the semi-permanent treatment, she gave a beautiful shape to my nails. Added values: lots of nail polish colors to choose from and a point card to get discounts and products.

Che dire... FANTASTICI.
In questo periodo di Covid-19, sono super attenti anche al numero di persone all'interno, igienizzano utensili e qualunque cosa venga toccata dai clienti. Bravi!
Non avevo preso appuntamento, ma comunque sono riusciti a trovare posto subito per il pomeriggio stesso. La ragazza (di cui non so il nome scusa ?) è stata BRAVISSIMA: le ho mostrato una foto di ispirazione per forma e stile di colore e ha eseguito una ricostruzione pazzesca. Sono super naturali nonostante l'allungamento, semplicemente perfette.
Aggiornerò la recensione con la durata delle unghie in seguito.

What can I say ... FANTASTIC.
In this period of Covid-19, they are also super attentive to the number of people inside, they sanitize tools and anything that is touched by customers. Well done!
I hadn't made an appointment, but they managed to find a place immediately for the same afternoon. The girl (whose name I don't know sorry ?) was VERY GOOD: I showed her a photo of inspiration for shape and color style and she did a crazy reconstruction. They are super natural despite the stretch, just perfect.
I will update the review with the duration of the nails later.

Also the lady who did my nails was rude, judging of my choice of manicure and didn’t handle my hands with care, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She was impatient with me, like she just wanted to get it done asap so I could leave. The price I payed for the shellac with just a very simple extra line over 4 nails was not worth it. Overall not a pleasant experience. I expected better results.
