Dopo aver girato indisturbata per 10 min senza che nessuno mi calcolasse ho chiesto aiuto a questa commessa con i tatuaggi che chiacchierava con una ragazza esile. Le ho chiesto un campione della Renutriv, in modo scocciato mi dice che non ne aveva e non riusciva neanche a spiegarmi la differenza tra le varie creme della linea. Premetto di norma non faccio recensioni negative, ma la svogliatezza e la maleducazione quante c'è molta gente che ha bisogno di lavorare, mi urta.
Very bad experience. I went in to buy my Estee Lauder cream. After going undisturbed for 10 min without anyone calculating me, I asked for help from this saleswoman with tattoos who was chatting with a slender girl. I asked her a Renutriv champion, so annoyed she tells me she didn't have one and couldn't even explain the difference between the various creams in the line. As a rule, I don't make negative reviews, but the listlessness and rudeness of how many people need to work impact me.

Ho chiesto per un prodotto e la commessa mi ha risposto in modo svogliato che visto che oggi è anche festa 06.01.22 la merce non c'è! Non è riuscita a farmi vedere altri prodotti o suggerirmi altro. Comprerò altrove !
Bad service! I was looking for a gift and I haven't been calculated in the slightest. I asked for a product and the saleswoman replied in a listless way that since today is also a party 06.01.22 the goods are not there! She was unable to show me other products or suggest anything else. I will buy elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place with even more horrible staff, i was there with my wife on a holliday in beautiful merano. She asked if she could try a little bit of nailpolish on her Pinky Just to see the colour. Then the 2 staffmembers made her pay for the nailpolish eventhough she specifically asked if she could open the bottle to try. We have never been so mistreated in a shop in our lifetimes. Touristthieves, please Stay away!!!!!!
