★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The color was disappointing. I asked for an ash brown (showed him a picture) but... it turned orange. The cut was awful. At the beginning I showed him a picture and he meant "ok no problem" (without proposing me anything else) but in the end, it was completely different from the picture and he replied that my hair texture was not compatible with the inital cut I chose... First, why couldn't he tell me that at the beginning and second I have already had that exact same cut done by other hairdressers so why couldn't he do it right !?
Despite my pain seeing this mess, he did not offer to make discount. On the contrary, on the phone he told me that it will be 50euros but I paid 70 because he did NOT mention that to dry the hair, it will cost 20 euros more. That's so uncool !!! One recommendation, do not go there.
Thus, I went to that hairdresser with a friend of mine who went from long to short hair. She was also very disappointed with the hair color she got (even more orange than me) but she only noticed how bad it was when she got home. She had to make an appointment to another hairdresser to get it fixed and not being ashamed to go out.
