Dopo la conferma dell'appuntamento via sms mi chiama il giorno dopo una persona del centro chiedendomi di spostare l'appuntamento nel pomeriggio successivo e, non potendo essendo in orario di lavoro, rifiuto cordialmente. D'altronde in pandemia non è un servizio essenziale, ne ho fatto a meno. Ri-prenoto questa volta da sito pochi giorni fa per sabato mattina e ricevo il 4 marzo alle 18:08 la mail di conferma con orario e data dalla signora Angela. Di nuovo passa qualche giorno e mi chiama una persona del centro chiedendomi di spostare l'appuntamento: in orario di lavoro e in settimana lavorativa e, ovviamente, poiché lavoro (altrimenti non avrei prenotato di sabato), non potendo negli spazi proposti, declino. Questa volta meno cordialmente però facendo presente alla persona al telefono che è già la seconda volta che succede ma la cosa pare non essere un problema. Il mio voto basso è legato esclusivamente alla mia esperienza personale che si è scontrata 2 volte in pochi mesi con una disorganizzazione evidente dell'agenda e non riguarda i servizi del centro che non ho mai potuto, mio malgrado, provare. Un evento può rappresentare un caso, due identici sono la prova di una gestione non ottimale. Spero possiate migliorarvi grazie a questo feedback. I first booked in this center in autumn 2020 a facial cleansing in the space of my lunch break. After confirming the appointment via text message, a person from the center calls me the next day asking me to move the appointment to the following afternoon and, not being able to be in working hours, I cordially refuse. On the other hand, in a pandemic it is not an essential service, I have done without it. I re-book this time from the site a few days ago for Saturday morning and I receive on March 4th at 6:08 pm the confirmation email with time and date from Mrs. Angela. Again a few days pass and a person from the center calls me asking me to move the appointment: during working hours and during the working week and, obviously, since I work (otherwise I would not have booked on Saturday), not being able to the proposed spaces, I decline. This time less cordially, however, pointing out to the person on the phone that it is already the second time this has happened but it does not seem to be a problem. My low grade is exclusively linked to my personal experience that has clashed twice in a few months with an evident disorganization of the agenda and does not concern the services of the center that I have never been able, despite myself, to try. An event can represent a case, two identical ones are proof of a non-optimal management. I hope you can improve with this feedback.
