★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio malgrado devo segnalare di aver ricevuto un pessimo trattamento telefonico da una signorina che si è presentata come la "responsabile commerciale" solo per aver osato richiedere di prenotare un appuntamento per un trattamento estetico telefonicamente (dal momento che lavoro fuori Novara, mi risulta difficile recarmi in loco solo per fare una prenotazione), in particolare la risposta è stata "siamo molto selettivi con la clientela".
Perfetto, sarà mio piacere recarmi in altre farmacie/centri estetici.
Despite myself, I have to report that I received bad telephone treatment from a young lady who introduced herself as the "sales manager" only for daring to request to book an appointment for a beauty treatment by telephone (since I work outside Novara, it is difficult for me to go on site only to make a reservation), in particular the response was "we are very selective with customers".
Perfect, it will be my pleasure to go to other pharmacies / beauty centers.
