Gli appuntamenti presi non vengono rispettati, poca professionalità e si fa gran fatica a prendere gli appuntamenti per telefono che non risponde mai nessuno. Se non acquisti gli altri trattamenti proposti del centro non viene proprio considerata come cliente. La segnora è scortese è per niente affabile. Péssimo il peggior acquisto mai fatto sul groupon ?? I strongly advise against going there .. I bought 10 presotherapy sessions plus massage on the Groupon. The appointments made are not respected, little professionalism and it is hard to make appointments by phone that nobody ever answers. If you do not purchase the other treatments offered by the center, you are not really considered as a customer. The lady is rude and not at all friendly. Il giorno stabilito vado all'appuntamento, non risponde nessuno al campanello varie volte, perciò telefono. La linea si interroppe (credo volontariamente) dopo aver detto che sono al portone. Richiamo varie volte e mi butta il telefono in faccia. Già mi era sembrata maleducata al telefono, figuriamoci dopo questo atteggiamento!!! Sconsigliata, poco professionale e pure inaffidabile. Non lo consiglio a nessuno non andateci nemmeno con Groupon perché cercano di fregarvi e poi fanno le finte tonte (molto finte). Incapaci e in mala fede. Peggior centro di Brescia senza dubbi. Una vergogna disdice appuntamenti tutte le volte solamente perche ho acquistato delle sedute di radiofrequenza su groupone, le ho lasciato indietro altre tre sedute perche mi ha disdetto ben 4 volte l appuntamento tra l altro dieci minuti prima. Una cosa allucinante, non risponde al telefono, inventa mille scuse, una volta la mamma non è stata bene, una volta era da sola e non ce la faceva, una volta la collega non c era una volta dice che attrezzature si era bloccata. Dopo essermi stancato di non riuscire a prendere un appuntamento mi presento li al negozio e mi dice che per prendere un appuntamento se ne sarebbe parlato per fine luglio, ma pessima su tutto, non ti manda nemmeno un messaggio per ricordarri l appuntamento come fan tutti in altri centri e se come me paghi già tutto l inizio è la fine e quei trattamenti se tutto va bene riesci a farli dopo un anno una vergogna, imparasse a lavorare e a svolgere il lavoro vero e proprio.
