Tutti Laureati e competenti.
I miei genitori si sono trovati benissimo, lavorano molto sulla postura, usando anche i pesi, su dolori cronici che neanche il fisioterapista è riuscito a sistemare oltre a fare preparazione atletica.
Insegnano anche kettlebell, calisthenics e Powerlifting.
Ho conosciuto una loro cliente che ha iniziato per l'osteoporosi e ora solleva pesi facendo anche le gare! Stupenda!
