In un anno senza nessun movimento 10.000’00 euro sono diventati 9.940,00 non mi hanno saputo dire nemmeno il motivo. Highly unprepared but above all arrogant staff, I was charged 60 euros on an account that had never been moved, the account had to be without "expenses". Spese di commissioni e tenuta conto in linea con il mercato, ma con qualche benefit nel caso si diventi soci. Sugli investimenti sono piuttosto preparati e il dialogo é sempre molto costruttivo. La pazienza é una qualità che ho apprezzato. Non c'è confronto con le banche on line dove spesso sei lasciato completamente solo. Staff always available and competent. Quick and professionally flawless answers. Commission and account expenses in line with the market, but with some benefits if you become a member. On investments they are quite prepared and the dialogue is always very constructive. Patience is a quality that I appreciated. There is no comparison with online banks where you are often left completely alone.

Cio non toglie che l'assistenza sia continua, puntuale e professionale. Anche se non sono in in grado di investire cifre importanti ho trovato persone che sanno dare importanza a cifre "modeste" che nelle loro mani sono assolutamente sicure I have a perfect zero cost online account for a young clientele that needs to be constantly connected to others. This does not mean that assistance is continuous, punctual and professional. Even if I am unable to invest significant amounts, I have found people who know how to give importance to "modest" figures which are absolutely safe in their hands.
