★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNOSO, stamattina mi recavo a Capaccio capoluogo per delle commissioni di lavoro, trovandomi sul posto decido di fermarmi in filiale e pagare due bollettini pagoPA per pagare le tasse universitarie.
Da premettere che la filiale è accreditata con la mia Università per ricevere suddetto pagamento, dopo una paziente fila di mezz'ora sotto il sole entro in banca e mi viene fermamente negata la possibilità di pagare i bollettini in quanto non ero censito nella loro banca e l'operatore allo sportello in evidente atteggiamento infastidito mi ha tranquillamente palesato che siccome per lui era seccante l'operazione di registrazione dei miei dati, poiché lunga e laboriosa, mi negava senza troppi problemi la possibilità di effettuare il pagamento consigliandomi di recarmi in altro ente di credito. Avrei voluto in un secondo momento aprire il conto della mia azienda affidandomi alla serietà che per nominata la bcc di Capaccio ha, ma è bastato un semplice e banale episodio di inettitudine a farmi cambiare idea. Pessima, pessima esperienza.
