Unica in Irpinia, prima aderisce all'accordo quadro nazionale sull'anticipo del TFS di quota 100 (anticipo sulla liquidazione) invogliando la gente a chiedere all'INPS il rilascio di certificazione indicandola come preferita.Poi,dopo mesi, si ritira dall'accordo non fornendo alcuna comunicazione ufficiale sul proprio sito web.Risultato perdita di settimane intere per avere la certificazione Inps non più vslida e costringere l'utenza a cercare altra banca.
