★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non affidatevi a questa banca! Poco professionali, per una chiusura del conto ho dovuto aspettare ben 5 mesi nonostante continui solleciti. Oltretutto hanno continuato a trattenermi commissioni durante tutti questi mesi e anche per la chiusura. Non ho parole, una vergogna!
Don't rely on this bank! Unprofessional, I had to wait 5 months for an account closure despite constant reminders. Moreover, they have continued to keep commissions for me during all these months and also for the closure. I have no words, a shame!

Tra l’altro quando hai a che ridere con queste persone, ti senti rispondere “qui c’è della professionalità”. ??
Sarà, però il problema è ancora da risolvere e gli atteggiamenti sono sempre gli stessi, per cui perché non cambiare atteggiamento, tono e provare a capire che se il cliente vi paga per dei servizi si aspetta veramente che ci sia della professionalità nel rapporto, e non finta cortesia formale da cui traspare tutto il menefreghismo del caso.
Comunque a casa mia, “chi si loda si imbroda”! Invece che vendere la professionalità per telefono, portate risultati, tanto con tutta la professionalità che dite di avere, dovreste riuscirci in un batter d’occhio. Giusto o sbaglio ?

Maybe, but the problem is still to be solved and the attitudes are always the same, so why not change your attitude, tone and try to understand that if the customer pays you for services, he really expects there to be professionalism in the relationship, and not fake formal courtesy which shows all the indifference of the case.
In any case, in my house, "whoever praises himself becomes cheated"! Instead of selling professionalism over the phone, you bring results, with all the professionalism you say you have, you should be able to do it in the blink of an eye. Right or wrong?
