★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unedi 10 settembre mentre aspettavo il mio turno x entrare ho sentito altri clienti lamentarsi della dipendente che stava in cassa, non essendo della zona ho dato poca importanza alle dichiarazioni fatte, giunto il mio turno mi presentai alla cassiera e le porsi un assegno circolare chiedendole cortesemente di volerlo incassare, la cassiera a quel punto in maniera molto sgarbata mi rispondeva che non era possibile e mi lancio indietro l'assegno e carta d'identità quasi fossero carte stracce, chiesi spiegazioni, mi rispose con fare molto altezzoso che era una disposizione della banca, allora chiesi di parlare con il direttore, la signora si alzò e andò a parlare con il direttore, dopo alcuni minuti tornò alla cassa e sempre in maniera molto maleducata mi disse che mi avrei potuto incassare l'assegno, ma che avrei dovuto attendere che tutti i clienti in coda avessero fatto le loro operazioni perché la mia richiesta comportava tempi maggiori delle solite operazioni di cassa, penso che persone così maleducata e con poca voglia di lavorare nn sono portate a relazionarsi con i clienti.
On 10 September while I was waiting for my turn to enter I heard other customers complain about the employee who was at the cashier, not being from the area I gave little importance to the statements made, when it was my turn I presented myself to the cashier and handed her a cashier's check asking her politely to want to cash it, the cashier at that point replied in a very rude way that it was not possible and I throw back the check and identity card as if they were shredded papers, I asked for explanations, she replied very haughtily that it was a provision of the bank, then I asked to speak to the manager, the lady got up and went to talk to the manager, after a few minutes she went back to the cashier and always in a very rude way told me that I could cash the check, but that I would have to wait that all the customers in the queue had done their operations because my request took longer than the usual cash operations, I think that for they are so rude and with little desire to work they are not inclined to relate to customers.
