★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato allo sportello per incassare un assegno emesso da questa filiale ma l’operatrice, con mille scuse, si è rifiutata.
Prima ha detto che occorreva la visura e l’avevo. Quindi i documenti e li avevo. Alla fine ha detto che tra tre giorni non lo potranno più fare. In sostanza non l’ha cambiato nonostante la vigente legge lo preveda.
Presenterò lamentela ufficiale alla banca e alla Banca d’Italiq per procedura non conforme.
In sostanza evitate questa filiale.
I went to the counter to cash a check issued by this branch but the operator, with a thousand apologies, refused.
First he said I needed the registration and I had it. So the papers and I had them. In the end he said that in three days they won't be able to do it again. In essence, it has not changed it despite the current law providing for it.
I will submit an official complaint to the bank and to the Banca d’Italiq for non-compliant procedure.
Basically avoid this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in banca perché avevo un problema con l' app Relaxbaking e via internet non ero riuscito a risolvere, grazie all'operatrice allo sportello, la quale si è dimostrata molto cordiale sono riuscito a risolvere tutto in 5 minuti ora l'app funziona bene.
