★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Ho chiamato tutta mattina per prendere appuntamento sempre senza risposta. Mi sono presentato in banca comunque per incassare un assegno e fortunatamente non ho trovato coda, una volta dentro l'impiegato mi comunica che non posso fare nessuna operazione perché non ho prenotato. Provo a spiegare che ho passato la mattina a chiamare invano ma niente da fare nonostante la banca fosse vuota e non ci fosse fila all'esterno. Capisco tutte le norme anticovid per evitare gli assembramenti ma a volte un po' di buon senso non guasterebbe.
 Bad. I called all morning to make an appointment with no answer. I went to the bank anyway to cash a check and fortunately I did not find a queue, once inside the employee tells me that I cannot do any operation because I have not booked. I try to explain that I spent the morning calling in vain but nothing to do even though the bank was empty and there was no queue outside. I understand all the anticovid rules to avoid crowds but sometimes a little common sense wouldn't hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessimo, chiamo il numero e non sempre rispondono, quando si é fortunati e come nel mio caso chiedo di parlare con un persona specifica (vicedirettore) il telefono suona sempre a vuoto oppure alzano en riagganciano la telefonata, alle mail non rispondono e se rispondono lo fanno minimo dopo 1 settimana (se si é fortunati) purtroppo sono vincolato con il mutuo ,infatti ho il conto corrente solo per quello, altrimenti sarei già andato via, considerando che il residuo del mutuo é basso,nessunoi fa effettuare la surroga.
Per non parlare del personale che pensa di avere Sempre ragione quando le carte in possesso parlano diversamente.

Absolutely bad, I call the number and they do not always answer, when you are lucky and as in my case I ask to speak to a specific person (deputy director) the phone always rings empty or they pick up and hang up the phone call, the emails do not answer and if they answer they do it at least after 1 week (if you are lucky) unfortunately I am bound with the mortgage, in fact I have a current account only for that, otherwise I would have already gone away, considering that the residual of the loan is low, no one does the subrogation.
Not to mention the staff who think they are always right when the cards in their possession speak differently.
