Dopo un mese di attesa vado in negozio, mi accorgo che i ricambi sono differenti e alla richiesta di correggere in qualche modo il mio errore mi sento dire dal titolare che la Bosch non prevede il reso di quanto ordinato (penso che in Bosch non ne saranno ancora al corrente, quindi premurosamente li ho avvisati io) e che quindi devo per forza di cose acquistare il pezzo. Sempre il titolare però, persona squisita, mi ha gentilmente offerto la possibilità di pagare in nero per risparmiare un paio di euro e l’ho assecondato. Poco serio. Ad ogni modo ho effettuato un nuovo ordine dal sito Bosch e in 4 giorni arriverà a casa, con buona pace dei negozietti che si lamentano del commercio online. Edit, visto che non ho modo di rispondere diversamente: La macchia, come dite voi rimane perché, tengo a precisare che non mi avete fatto uno sconto, bensì non mi avete fatto pagare l'Iva in quanto non mi avete rilasciato nessuna ricevuta (volevo pagare con bancomat e mi ha chiesto i contanti, ricorda?) Sarebbe fin troppo facile far fare una verifica incrociata tra ordine, distinta di trasporto e giacenza in magazzino. Viva l'onestà da voi citata! I ordered a replacement by personally communicating the wrong code by mistake. After a month of waiting I go to the shop, I realize that the spare parts are different and when asked to correct my mistake in some way, I am told by the owner that Bosch does not provide for the return of what is ordered (I think that Bosch will not be still in the know, so I thoughtfully warned them) and that therefore I must necessarily buy the piece. However, the owner, an exquisite person, kindly offered me the opportunity to pay in black to save a couple of euros and I indulged him. Not serious. Anyway, I placed a new order from the Bosch site and in 4 days it will arrive home, with all due respect to the little shops complaining about online commerce. Edit, since I have no way to answer otherwise: The stain, as you say, remains because, I would like to clarify that you did not give me a discount, but you did not charge me VAT as you did not issue me any receipt (I wanted to pay with an ATM and he asked me for cash, remember ?) It would be all too easy to have a cross-check between the order, transport list and stock in the warehouse. Long live the honesty you mentioned!
