★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato oltre un anno fa tre camicie, pagandole anticipatamente. Sono anni che mi servo da loro: hanno un prodotto costoso, ma che dura nel tempo senza rovinarsi nel collo e nei polsi, consegnato con grande cura, in confezioni singole, un tempo anche con un sacchetto di tela. Oggi, dopo un anno, mi sono arrivate tra camicie in una scatola anonima, tutte stropicciate, con un colleetto che non è il mio abituale, di un tessuto diverso. Peraltro il pacco proviene non dalla sede abituale, ma addirittura da una diversa provincia e da una persona fisica e non dalla società. Sembra un prodotto che proviene da un'altra azienda ! Non ho parole.
I ordered three shirts over a year ago, paying for them in advance. I've been using them for years: they have an expensive product, but that lasts over time without getting damaged in the neck and wrists, delivered with great care, in single packs, once even with a canvas bag. Today, after a year, I arrived among shirts in an anonymous box, all wrinkled, with a collar that is not my usual one, of a different fabric. Moreover, the package does not come from the usual location, but even from a different province and from a natural person and not from the company. It looks like a product that comes from another company! I have no words.
