★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon sehr oft und in verschiedenen Ländern und Metropolen Sushi gegessen ob Düsseldorf , Meiland , Den Haag , Essen etc ... Nirgends habe ich ein so qualitativ hochwertiges und derart schön präsentiertes Sushi gegessen wie hier ! Der Laden ist Mega schön von innen gemacht und das Personal ist super freundlich und kompetent . Die Terasse liegt mit Blick aufs mehr und befindet sich direkt an der Strandpromenade wo im Sommer Abends sehr viel los ist und es von Leckerein wimmelt . Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen und garantiere für 100% Zufriedenheit . Preise sind fair und für dieses Sushi vollkommen gerechtfertigt!!!
 I have eaten sushi very often and in different countries and metropolises whether Dusseldorf, Meiland, The Hague, Essen etc ... Nowhere have I eaten such high quality and beautifully presented sushi as here! The shop is mega beautifully done from the inside and the staff is super friendly and competent. The terrace is with a view of more and is located directly on the beach promenade where there is a lot going on in summer evenings and it is teeming with goodies. I can only recommend this shop and guarantee 100% satisfaction. Prices are fair and completely justified for this sushi !!!

All you can eat di sushi piacevole, leggero e che non appesantisce, con pesce e pietanze saporite.
Prezzo non eccessivo per la qualità sia del sushi che dei cocktail.

Il cibo letteralmente il più buono che ho mangiato. Sushi freschissimo e personale gentilissimo .
Vi consiglio di provare la tempura di gamberi, superlativa.

Che fai ti privi del sushi anche quando sei in vacanza? Assolutamente no!
Ecco a voi Baxter un sushi squisito nella bellissima località di mare Torre San Giovanni.
A partire dal primo Uramaki fino all'ultimo siamo stati sommersi da un'esplosione di gusto e freschezza.
Nel menù vari Uramaki.
Ma vi consiglio assolutamente di provare l'uramaki con le patatine alla paprika sbriciolate.

What do you do without sushi even when you are on vacation? Absolutely not!

From the first Uramaki to the last we were overwhelmed by an explosion of taste and freshness.

Consigliatissimo per mangiare buon sushi.
Formula alla carta o all you can eat, a scelta del tavolo, sia a pranzo che cena al prezzo di 23,90€ bevande escluse.
Io lo adoro.
Ho già comunicato alcune piccole pecche nell'organizzazione, ma il proprietario si è sempre dimostrato gentilissimo, cordiale, affabile e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta e, talvolta, lamentela.
Posizione stupenda, sushi VISTA MARE e lo si può accompagnare scegliendo tra una vasta gamma di cocktails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale che conosco bene essendo originario del posto ma, a dir la verità la cucina non l'avevo mai provata, in quanto il locale offre anche ottimi drink e aperitivi, non sapevo cosa mi perdevo. Location perfetta, vicini al mare, tuttavia per consumare l'all you can eat si va all'interno dove l'ambiente è climatizzato, presupposto essenziale per una sfida come l'all' you can eat nel torrido estate salentino. Servizio rapido, in massimo 10 minuti ci hanno servito i piatti scelti accontentando contemporaneamente i commensali che prediligevano i piatti cucinati piuttosto che il crudo, sottolineo che eravamo in 14 persone ed il locale era pieno. Camerieri disponibilissimi, gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze, il cibo anch'esso ottimo, preparato al momento e servito. Perfetto, le prossime ferie tornerò a farmi un' altra abbuffata. Continuate così.
A place that I know well being a native of the place but, to tell the truth, I had never tried the cuisine, as the place also offers excellent drinks and aperitifs, I didn't know what I was missing. Perfect location, close to the sea, however to consume the all you can eat you go inside where the environment is air conditioned, an essential prerequisite for a challenge like the all you can eat in the hot Salento summer. Quick service, in a maximum of 10 minutes we were served the chosen dishes, at the same time satisfying the diners who preferred cooked dishes rather than raw, I emphasize that we were 14 people and the place was full. The waiters are very helpful, kind and attentive to our needs, the food is also excellent, freshly prepared and served. Perfect, the next vacation I'll be back for another binge. Keep it up.
