m	marco cito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Battagin è allo sbando, con nessuno in magazzino, con una segreteria con poca voglia di mettersi a disposizione e che solo dopo 30 chiamate ed un invito a controllare in magazzino si è alzata a controllare (a quanto pare non era poi così complicato), il telefono sempre occupato. Merce arrivata nei loro depositi il mercoledì e non consegnata per giorni. Ci hanno preso in giro per 3 giorni!!! Ci hanno detto che la merce era su un furgone in consegna mentre la merce non si è MAI mossa dal magazzino! Abbiamo rischiato di non aprire la nostra attività con perdite enormi! è la seconda volta (su due spedizioni) che non consegnano e che ci costringono alle 6 del pomeriggio ad andarci a prendere la merce dai loro magazzini, non offrendoci il servizio per cui paghiamo. Non possiamo più affidare le nostre spedizioni a gente del genere. Cambiate lavoro. The Battagin is in disarray, with nobody in stock, with a secretariat with little desire to make themselves available and that only after 30 calls and an invitation to check in the warehouse did it rise to check (apparently it was not that complicated), the phone always busy. Goods arrived in their stores on Wednesdays and not delivered for days. They have been teasing us for 3 days !!! We were told that the goods were in a delivery van while the goods NEVER moved from the warehouse! We risked not opening our business with huge losses! it is the second time (on two expeditions) that they do not deliver and that force us to pick up the goods from their warehouses at 6 pm, not offering us the service for which we pay. We can no longer entrust our expeditions to such people. Change jobs.
