Hanno assicurato che avrei potuto cambiare gli stivali che ho regalato alla mia ragazza, ma quando ho chiesto di sostituirli poiché difettosi mi hanno liquidato con un «mi dispiace non possiamo aiutarla».
Acquistate altrove, se avrete problemi loro NON vi verranno incontro.
Very bad customer support! Zero consumer fairness!
They assured me that I could change the boots I gave to my girlfriend, but when I asked to replace them because they were defective they dismissed me with "I'm sorry we can't help you".
Buy elsewhere, if you have problems they will NOT meet you.
