In particolare Nicole, che mi ha servita, è stata eccezionale nel darmi in consigli rispetto alle mie personali esigenze! Mai avuta un'esperienza così positiva in un negozio di scarpe (dico sul serio, per me è un dramma ogni volta). Tornerò!!
Shop with limited choices, but exploited to the maximum thanks to the professionalism and competence of the staff. In particular Nicole, who served me, was exceptional in giving me advice regarding my personal needs! Never had such a positive experience in a shoe shop (I mean it, it's a drama for me every time). I'll be back !!

Entering for a gift, I found availability, kindness and courtesy ... A slightly revisited Bata shop, with the addition of some young clothing items. I must say that I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay there again.
