Ho acquistato un pio di scarpe online , ritirate in questo negozio , dopo un paio di mesi si sono rotte, il servizio clienti mi dice di far visionare le scarpe in negozio, un giorno una commessa mi riconosce il difetto quindi porto le scarpe il giorno successivo per la consegna del prodotto e non accettano il prodotto dicendo che le ho rotte io . Ma se il giorno prima mi avevan detto che il prodotto era difettoso??? Staff not available.
