Ma se poi devi cambiarne un paio, con scontrino regalo,. mettici in conto che anche prendendo un articolo dello stesso prezzo, devi dare la differenza, perdendo lo sconto precedente... Chiami il servizio clienti per chiedere spiegazioni e ti rispondono che hai ragione ma sono disposizioni aziendali (se avessi cambiato entrambi i modelli, avrei fruito ancora dello sconto) Che dire, il cambio non è più gratuito.. Vasta scelta di scarpe di ogni genere con molte offerte tipiche di questo periodo. Servizio molto cortese. Inutile dire però, che la qualità complessiva dei prodotti, pur non disprezzabile, non è certo pari a quella dei migliori negozi a marchio Bata. È un peccato che un grande spazio in un centro commerciale molto comodo vada sprecato per un negozio simile. Sono sempre costretta a cercare altrove: sono anni che entro, guardo e non compro nulla.
