★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sei a La Spezia, la città dell'Arsenale Militare, non puoi rinunciare ad assaggiare i panigacci, un pane rotondo, non lievitato, cotto in un piccolo testo di terracotta e mica, arroventato a fuoco vivo in forno a legna. La pastella di farina, acqua e sale si frappone tra un testo e l'altro, sino a formare una pila. Risultato? La tradizione da gustare assolutamente. Magari con salumi o verdure grigliate. E poi ovviamente anche gli sgabei. Questo locale Basta Curve è il posto giusto per gustare queste specialitá. E anche altro, come ad esempio i ravioli ripieni di cernia. Personale simpatico, gentile e accogliente. Prezzi onesti.

 If you are in La Spezia, the city of the Military Arsenal, you cannot give up on tasting panigacci, a round, unleavened bread, baked in a small terracotta and mica text, red-heated over high heat in a wood oven. The batter of flour, water and salt is interposed between one text and another, to form a pile. Result? The tradition to be tasted absolutely. Maybe with cold cuts or grilled vegetables. And then obviously also the stools. This Basta Curve is the right place to enjoy these specialties. And even more, such as ravioli stuffed with grouper. Nice, kind and welcoming staff. Honest prices.
