Mi dispiace per chi vorrà lui alle proprie cerimonie. Entrando sembrerebbe una chiesa piu spoglia rispetto ad altre chiese romane, ma lo sguardo viene rapito dall'immenso crocefisso di San Damiano che domina la scena dall'abside. Sembrerebbe, perché in realtà la chiesa ha vari altari laterali, ed è arricchita da mosaici, vetrate di santi e dipinti. Come parrocchia offre molti servizi per la zona, tra i quali la Caritas ed un servizio gratuito di aiuto allo studio per gli studenti delle elementari e medie.
