Barrella che ci ha fatto perdere l'aereo di ritorno da San Pietroburgo. Siamo stati divisi x poter ritornare in Italia e il nostro gruppo mandato a Mosca da soli e lì, con permesso di soggiorno ormai scaduto, in giro x la città ci siamo dovuti preoccupare da soli di rinnovarlo al Consolato .Ci siamo sentiti umiliati in giro e in aeroporto perché nessuno ci capiva. Esperienza da non rifare . We did the Moscow / St. Petersburg tour, a group of 42 people and Mr. Barrella as a companion who made us miss the return flight from St. Petersburg. We were divided to be able to return to Italy and our group sent to Moscow alone and there, with a residence permit now expired, around the city we had to worry about renewing ourselves at the Consulate. We felt humiliated around and at the airport because no one understood us. Experience not to be redone.

I posti nei bus sono assegnati, come anche quelli ai tavoli, il che determina ordine e controlli rapidi dopo ogni sosta. Azienda veramente ok. Very professional and attentive to customer needs. Scrupulous in planning trips always entrusted to expert local guides. The seats on the buses are assigned, as well as those at the tables, which determines order and quick checks after each stop.
