★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento di manutenzione caldaia domestica eseguito dopo circa 4 mesi e numerose chiamate. Non so perché, ma dopo l'intervento i termo hanno iniziato a perdere pressione. Contattato baroni, il consiglio è stato "provi a sentire il suo idraulico". Se non fossi legato dal dover cambiare caldaia, spenderei volentieri 3/4000€ per cambiare "idraulico".
Domestic boiler maintenance intervention carried out after about 4 months and numerous calls. I don't know why, but after the surgery the thermo started to lose pressure. Contacted barons, the board was "try to hear his plumber". If I were not tied to having to change the boiler, I would gladly spend 3/4000 € to change "hydraulic".

Abbiamo richiesto un intervento a domicilio per vedere se era possibile riparare la nostra caldaia, un po' carica di anni ma sinora perfettamente funzionante.
Si è presentato proprio il titolare, che dopo avere dato un'occhiata velocissima alla caldaia, "spara" una cifra esorbitante per l'eventuale riparazione. Rifiutiamo, decidendo di sostituirla con una nuova. Il tutto è durato al massimo 10 minuti, dopo i quali abbiamo chiesto cosa dovevamo pagare per l'intervento. E qui arriva la sgradita sorpresa: ci viene presentato un conto di ben 150 €, così specificato: 30 € per la chiamata, 60 € per il viaggio e ulteriori 60 per un'ora e mezza di lavoro, cosa del tutto campata in aria perché si è trattato, come già detto, di non più di 10 minuti. Ogni commento ci sembra superfluo. Un consiglio: prima di chiamare questo signore, e prima di avere a che fare con lui, fatevi dire prima l'esatto costo della prestazione, eviterete così spiacevolissime "sorprese". Per quanto ci riguarda, a mai più rivederci!!!

We requested an intervention at home to see if it was possible to repair our boiler, a bit charged for years but so far in perfect working order.
The owner presented himself, who after having a very quick look at the boiler, "shoots" an exorbitant amount for any repairs. We refuse, deciding to replace it with a new one. The whole thing lasted a maximum of 10 minutes, after which we asked what we had to pay for the surgery. And here comes the unwelcome surprise: we are presented with a bill of 150 €, specified as follows: 30 € for the call, 60 € for the trip and an additional 60 for an hour and a half of work, which is completely far-fetched because it was, as already said, no more than 10 minutes. Any comment seems superfluous to us. A piece of advice: before calling this gentleman, and before dealing with him, first let me tell you the exact cost of the service, so you will avoid very unpleasant "surprises". As for us, see you never again !!!
