Il personale è stato molto bravo nella creazione del progetto e nei suggerimenti dei mobili della nostra casa e del nostro B&B, ma dopo aver ricevuto il 27 novembre i mobili abbiamo scoperto che mancavano dei pezzi. Oggi 17 febbraio dopo innumerevoli solleciti e dopo essere stati costretti per più di due mesi ad avere le mensole a terra in casa e gli armadi incompleti, scopriamo; 1) che la ditta che aveva montato i mobili aveva deciso di lasciare 10cm di spazio da un lato non rendendosi conto che le mensole avrebbero coperto le prese e la luce. Ciò comporta smontare un intero mobile di tre metri per 2 con le cose all'interno. 2) il pannello che dovrebbe reggere le mensole è più piccolo della mensola, quindi impossibile da fissare. Ora considerando che voi non siete interior design ma aziende nel processo di vendita entra anche il servizio, la consegna, il montaggio se manca questo siete incompleti e il "prodotto' non è finito. A voi la scelta! I am very, very sorry for the service offered by this shop. The staff was very good in creating the project and in the suggestions of the furniture in our house and our B&B, but after receiving the furniture on November 27th we discovered that there were missing pieces. Today February 17 after countless requests and after having been forced for more than two months to have shelves on the floor in the house and incomplete wardrobes, we discover; 1) that the company that had assembled the furniture had decided to leave 10cm of space on one side not realizing that the shelves would cover the sockets and the light. This involves dismantling an entire piece of furniture three meters by 2 with things inside. 2) the panel that should support the shelves is smaller than the shelf, therefore impossible to fix. Now considering that you are not interior design but companies in the sales process, service, delivery and assembly also enter, if this is missing you are incomplete and the "product" is not finished. To you the choice!

Siamo di nuovo in attesa, sperando di non dover attendere altri 5 mesi! I was very disappointed For the total lack of punctuality in the delivery, almost 5 months have passed since the promised two months and with the work incomplete.
