★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace tantissimo di dare una stella, però non sono stati professionali dopo post vendita . Ragazzi del montaggio non erano bravi ma di più . Persone educate, hanno fatto bene suo lavoro, volevano anche spazzare . Mai visto un lavoro così pulito nel montaggio. Peccato che dopo 20 giorni ho mandato il messaggio del specchio che ha iniziato a fare le crepe la risposta è stata : danno dopo il montaggio. Gli avevo spiegato che secondo noi e difetto della produzione, perché le crepe sono state solo sul cornicione. Se era qualche botta allora crepava anche il specchio ! Dopo 2 mesi hanno risposto che le crepe sono uscite dopo il montaggio e l’azienda non può rinviare l’articolo indietro. Secondo loro io mi sono messa a sbattere la cornice del specchio per fare queste crepe? Io sono rimasta molto delusa perché ho chiesto anche il nome del azienda perché volevo contattare io. Loro non hanno più risposto!!!. P. A. Questa recensione è scritta a settembre 2020. Visto che mi è arrivato la notifica di tantissime visualizzazioni ho aggiunto le foto . Solo che prima non avete risposto
I'm so sorry to give a star, but they haven't been professional after sales. Editors weren't good but better. Polite people, they did their job well, they also wanted to sweep. Never seen such neat work in editing. Too bad that after 20 days I sent the message of the mirror that it started to crack the answer was: damage after assembly. I explained to him that in our opinion it is a production defect, because the cracks were only on the ledge. If it was some blow then the mirror cracked too! After 2 months they replied that the cracks came out after assembly and the company cannot send the item back. Do they think I hit the mirror frame to make these cracks? I was very disappointed because I also asked for the name of the company because I wanted to contact me. They have not answered anymore !!!. P. A. This review was written in September 2020. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati benissimo ordinando una camera da letto. A distanza di due mesi ci hanno contattato per il montaggio e in 3 ore hanno fatto tutto. Ragazzi molto educati che hanno lavorato in maniera eccellente, lasciando tutto pulito e senza danneggiare nulla.
We had a great time ordering a bedroom. After two months they contacted us for the assembly and in 3 hours they did everything. Very polite guys who worked excellently, leaving everything clean and without damaging anything.
